Order On Line! You can take advantage of convenient on-line ordering by requesting an account then filling out and submitting the form. We will process the request within 24 hours and e-mail you with a confirmation. Once you have received an account number, please log in and enter your e-mail address and password. This will enable you to view all the current prices and order through our convenient and secure shopping cart.

Instructions on placing your Karuna orders:

Order On Line! Once you have requested and received an account number , please log in and enter your e-mail address and password. This will enable you to view all the current prices and order through our convenient and secure shopping cart.

Order by phone at our toll-free number: 800-826-7225 or 888-749-8643. Our local number is 415-382-0147. During non-business hours, our voice mail system will take your orders and other requests.

You can also place fax orders toll-free at any time day or night, using our convenient fax order form and sending your fax orders to 800-711-6740 or 415-382-0142. Minimum order size is $20.00. Orders totaling less than $20.00 are subject to a $5.00 handling fee in addition to shipping charges. Initial orders may be charged to your VISA or MasterCard account or shipped C.O.D.

Your order, received by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Other orders will go out the following business day. At your request, your rush orders can receive expedited shipping. You will be charged only the shipper’s actual charge for expedited shipments, not an inflated flat fee.

No shipping will be charged for orders totaling in excess of $200.00, or for orders totaling over $150.00 when paid by credit card, as long as these orders utilize U.P.S. standard ground delivery. The free shipping provisions of the preceding sentence do not apply to orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii and foreign countries.

Returns will be accepted within 60 days of purchase, as long as the product is not marked on or opened. Please contact us to make arrangements. Purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of returned product. Shipping is not refundable. Shipping will only be refunded if the product was defective.
